Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum. Over time, we may move to biweekly or monthly check-ins depending on your progress and needs.

Yes. I accept select insurance plans in both Florida and New Jersey. I can also provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows.
