About Me

For the past 14 years, I’ve worked as both an educator and a school counselor in a nationally recognized Blue Ribbon STEM high school. Supporting students in such a dynamic, high-achieving environment has given me a deep understanding of the challenges they face — balancing academics, navigating social pressures, managing stress, and preparing for life after graduation.

That experience shapes everything I do at Succession Works. I’ve seen firsthand how much students and families benefit when they have both structure and compassion — clear strategies to move forward, and a safe space where they can be completely themselves.

In addition to my work in schools, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC in New Jersey, LMHC in Florida) with national recognition as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). I hold a Master’s in Counseling from New Jersey City University, a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Fordham University.  

This blend of educational leadership, counseling expertise, and clinical training allows me to support teens, adults, couples, and families with both practical strategies and compassionate guidance.
